Our Story
Faith Unoarumhi is the visionary behind AidExcel Support Services,. She embarked on this journey after dedicating 25 years to a similar organisation in a South London borough. Her keen insight revealed a critical gap – families with disabled children from black, ethnic minority, and refugee communities were navigating complex systems without access to the essential services they required.
AidExcel’s inception was born out of Faith’s firsthand struggles in obtaining answers to crucial questions, witnessing friends and others facing the same challenge during desperate times. As a parent of disabled children, Faith intimately understood the obstacles at hand and recognized the transformative impact of personalized assistance.
Commencing with providing personal advice to a select group of parents, AidExcel quickly garnered attention and demand surged, leading to the formation of a waiting list.
